$170-180k plus 25% bonus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct the activities of
one of the ERP Solution Center process team resources in support of a
business process (Finance, HR/Payroll, Make to Demand, Order to Cash,
Purchase to Pay). Work directly with the business function leader (VP level)
to establish strategic direction for business systems for the assigned
process areas.
Execute the vision of the ERPSC and assist with the
strategic development approach and tactical "roadmap" for the organization.
Requires functional expertise in any/all bolt-on applications and
technologies utilized to support the business process. Utilizing an in depth
knowledge of the business processes and technologies available, partner with
the ERPSC IT Lead and user community to identify and analyze business needs
and provide innovative solutions for process improvements and system
enhancements.
Manage a team of Business and Information Technology
resources responsible for providing baseline support and new
project/functional enhancements implementation to the major functional area
they represent. Ensure proactive attention to training requirements for end
users and technical support personnel. Ensure all policies and procedures
are followed in support of maintaining a Validated system environment.

Direct resources for development and implementation of tactical and
strategic business objectives of the Process Team; deliver results that
enable the business to achieve their objectives. Responsible for the
activities of the Process Team in managing the assignment of resources to
projects, feasibility studies, return on investment analysis and business
and technical solution evaluations. Oversee operational activities of their
team. Responsible for managing baseline support of systems and applications
in their respective areas.

Direct the activities of the Process Leadership Team that includes
key business and technical resources that set both strategic and tactical
direction for the business process area represented. Contribute as a member
of a "cross functional" process leadership team that reviews key integration
aspects and initiatives that will affect not only the process area where
initiated, but also other process areas.

Responsible for the performance of the Process Team resources and
the overall success of all projects within their application area. Assist in
decision to utilize external vs. internal resources to meet demands. Select
and manage external resources when appropriate Will oversee, and stay
involved with all team members at various levels as needed to ensure
delivery of approved business solutions that are based on business
priorities. This is achieved through direct project management, supervision
of team members (internal & external), and close relationships with key
business stakeholders.

Coordinate and ensure all necessary resources are in place and the
business objectives are widely communicated and clearly understood by all
involved. Direct all resources and activities that contribute to the overall
success of the business process area; including training, staffing and the
assurance that sufficient backup exists within their team.

Direct ERPSC process team staff to ensure a working knowledge exists
of the business area, functional processes and procedures and technical
applications related to their area of support. Direct staff to utilize this
knowledge to deliver business/technology solutions to their stakeholders to
resolve business challenges. Proactively strive to identify and improve
business processes through collaboration with business management, peers,
and others as necessary

Create
budget requirements including staffing levels for the process team they
represent. Manage activity and resources within Budget, or obtain upper
management support for out of budget expenditures.

Direct MAX Planning activities for all members of the process team
and assist with Career Development activities with the appropriate cost
center manager where their headcount resides. Work closely with ERPSC
Business and IT Leads to ensure cross functional opportunities are
considered and available.

Develop, manage, and enhance collaborative relationships with all
members of the ERPSC. Direct activities to engage with user groups and other
businesses facing similar challenges to BI. Become a force to help influence
SAP and other application software providers to better serve our growing
needs.

Develop, manage and enhance collaboration with German colleagues for
knowledge sharing regarding assigned process area.

Ensure Team is prepared to support future expansion to scope of the
ERPSC which will require substantial travel to other US locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·
BUSINESS
EXPERIENCE: Strong business process knowledge for assigned area, and
demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business issues. Must
be functionally capable with systems and applications used to support a
specific business process. Must possess a strong working knowledge of SAP
and specific expertise in the modules used to support their business
process.

Must be
able to manage business stakeholder expectations while properly supporting
defined initiatives. Ability to direct a team of focused and dedicated
employees through a multitude of competing and changing priorities, and
various processes and mandates that impact a timely delivery of agreed upon
solutions.
·
Must have
knowledge and familiarity with current project management related technical
skills and associated tools. Manage deliverables executed through staff and
collaboration with other individuals or teams, internally or externally,
locally and/or internationally. Must exhibit a proven and competent level of
technical understanding and demonstrated knowledge of integration points
with other functional areas.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred or sufficient business
experience of 12 – 15 years. Training in specific SAP modules and
configuration and complimentary application specific functionality is also
preferred.

Must have
previously applied solid analytical skills to understand current business
process, and related technology solutions. Lead staff in process
re-definition and re-engineering initiatives, and collaborate with various
internal and external individuals or teams to deliver technology driven
business solutions that enable the business process areas to meet business
objectives, and overcome diverse challenges.

LEADERSHIP:
Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and management skills and
experience leading a diverse team of Business and IT professionals in
delivering results. Proven problem solver who knows how to react to
challenges as opportunities. Previous experience managing a diverse staff,
various resources, business priorities, and multiple projects across
multiple business areas. Demonstrated ability to delegate in order to
maximize the effectiveness of the organization and members of the team.
Proven ability to collaborate and partner with various organizational levels
from end users to Vice Presidents to ensure timely delivery of technology
driven business solutions aligned with company strategies, defined business
priorities, and regulatory mandates.

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT & METHODOLOGY: Demonstrated strong Project Management ability in
successful completion of small to very large and complex projects. Must
possess a strong foundation and a clear understanding and appreciation of
system design, development, and implementation methodologies, and all phases
of the project implementation life cycle, validation and regulatory
requirements. Documentation to ensure team members follow and comply with
the directives.

Must be a
“results” driven individual with a positive attitude and strong leadership
abilities and qualities. Highly organized and extremely flexible to ensure
the team is contributing to the success of the business, by utilizing all
available resources in managing various and multiple business priorities,
mandates, requirements, and projects.

success of their assigned business areas to enhance current business
processes. Counsel and educate the business community in new trends in
technology and provide recommendations for continuous improvements across

other business leaders within BI world. This position's role is to assure

business function represented. Communicate with the business management
responsible for that business functions regarding those priorities; and to
provide appropriate feedback on alternatives to meet client's business
goals. Responsibilities also include implementation of, and support of
multiple systems as defined in partnership with the client community through
Service Level Agreements.
